Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams focused on digital products.
- Solid knowledge of Microservices, FaaS (Serverless), REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and expertise in building/managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong technical foundation focused on software quality, system evolution, decomposition of complex problems, and abstraction.
- Proficiency in methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to adapt them to the squad's context and maturity to drive continuous improvement.
- Practical knowledge of support/operations models and prioritization workflows for bug fixes.
- Mastery of facilitation and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to lead investigations and root-cause analyses.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into feasible technical solutions.
- Agility to handle changes in direction and promote continuous innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to switch easily between technical conversations with developers and strategic discussions with directors and stakeholders.
