Role Description Liderar, potenciar y desarrollar a un equipo directo de especialistas, guiando su trabajo diario en la ejecución de proyectos a nivel regional. - Determinar y establecer la necesidad de pickers para las tiendas de todo LATAM, garantizando el mix óptimo entre personal full-time y part-time según el volumen y la complejidad de cada operación. - Asegurar que las distintas tiendas de la región cumplan con los frameworks operativos: cantidad de pickers totales, número de shift supervisors y organización de las tiendas en workforce. - Garantizar la correcta configuración, parametrización y distribución de la herramienta de staffing (Orquest) a nivel regional. - Monitorear y asegurar que los países cumplan con sus presupuestos asignados y alcancen los niveles de productividad y performance establecidos para el personal. - Liderar y dar seguimiento al programa de incentivos para pickers y store managers en toda la región. - Trabajar estratégicamente de la mano con el equipo de Talent Acquisition para asegurar que contamos con la cantidad de pickers necesarios en el menor tiempo posible, anticipando las necesidades del negocio. - Liderar proyectos end-to-end con alto grado de autonomía, asegurando que los equipos de operaciones de cada país ejecuten las directrices regionales sin necesidad de intervención constante de tu jefatura directa. Qualifications - Experiencia sólida (5+ años) en roles de Operaciones, Logística, Workforce Management o Planeamiento, preferentemente con impacto regional. - Experiencia demostrable gestionando y desarrollando equipos. - Haber liderado proyectos regionales de manera transversal, donde el desafío principal fue influir y lograr que equipos locales o descentralizados ejecuten los procesos diseñados. - Manejo intermedio/avanzado de SQL, Looker u otras herramientas de visualización de datos. - Excelentes habilidades de negociación, persuasión e influencia para alinear a stakeholders internos (Finanzas, People, Operations Managers locales). - Nivel avanzado de Inglés conversacional (must-have).
