**POSITION SUMMARY** The Senior Manager, Business Solutions leads all operational and client-facing activities for TA Scan and OpenTA — Anju Software's clinical trial intelligence products. This is a broad, leadership role at the intersection of data operations, client success, quality assurance, and business development support. The Sr. Manager owns the full cycle from presales through client retention, while managing day-to-day platform operations, coordinating QA workflows, data analysis and operations staff. The right candidate is comfortable in an autonomous role, brings a structured analytical mindset, and communicates fluently with engineers, data analysts, pharma clients, and senior stakeholders alike. **RESPONSIBILITIES** • Lead day-to-day operations of TA Scan and OpenTA: data quality assurance, compliance workflows, platform maintenance, and cross-team coordination with DevOps, engineering, and product to resolve operational issues, prioritize requests, and ensure platform stability. • Manage and mentor a small team • Oversee QA across all platform environments: review automated test results, identify anomalies, and coordinate resolution with development. Bring a strong eye for detail. • Maintain and update platform manuals and operational documentation. • Manage the client relationship end-to-end: technical set-up, onboarding, training, business reviews, and client support tickets resolution. • Proactive account health monitoring: user and client account management to identify risks, training needs, and engagement opportunities to support renewals • Support the sales team on demos, RFP responses, prospect analyses, trial period support, and conferences. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on platform messaging, product positioning, and sales enablement materials. • Other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical mindset and data literacy: comfortable with structured data outputs, data architectures, and familiarity with data quality principles and validation workflows; able to spot anomalies and turn findings into clear actions.
- Excellent communication skills across all audience types; able to write technical documentation, run client demos and training sessions, and interact daily with engineers in a precise and constructive way.
- Strong eye for detail: accuracy in data, documentation, and client-facing materials is non-negotiable.
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate a small team: task assignment, mentoring, onboarding, and day-to-day people management.
- Client-facing experience: technical sales support, training sessions, and business reviews with pharma or life sciences stakeholders.
- At ease working in an AI-first environment: uses AI tools to drive efficiency, quality, and scale across operations, QA, and client deliverables. Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation is a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic SQL knowledge or familiarity with tools such as JIRA, HubSpot, Salesforce, or SpiraTest is a plus.
- Good understanding of software systems and the implementation lifecycle; able to bridge business needs and technical teams.
- Exposure to marketing, product positioning, or content strategy is a plus — the candidate may contribute to messaging and go-to-market initiatives alongside the product and marketing teams.
- QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a role combining data operations, client success, or business solutions within pharma, biotech, or clinical data technology.
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes, disease groups, and the pharma/biotech commercial landscape. Knowledge of MeSH is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating a team in a flat or fast-moving organization.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is strongly preferred; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on responsibilities beyond a defined scope.
