Business Line Manager, Molecular Imaging

• Lead the Molecular Imaging business unit in Canada, responsible for market growth, commercial performance and long-term strategic positioning. • Develop and implement market strategies that increase market share, drive profitable growth and align product priorities with customer and industry needs. • Build relationships with key customers and work with Sales leadership to identify, shape and close high-value business opportunities. • Take ownership of business planning, forecasting and budgeting to ensure disciplined execution and sustainable margins. • Represent Siemens Healthineers at customer forums, conferences and industry events to strengthen market presence and thought leadership. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing and Support teams to translate strategy into operational results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; an advanced degree is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in molecular imaging, medical technology or a closely related commercial or product management environment
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive growth, manage complexity and influence outcomes within a matrix organization
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian molecular imaging market and the ability to translate customer insights and clinical data into commercial strategy
- Executive presence, excellent communication skills and credibility with customers, internal stakeholders and broad audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, balance competing priorities and deliver results through collaboration and disciplined execution
- Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time, as required
- French language skills are an asset
