Role Description As a Manager (Change Management), you will play a key role in ensuring changes across the Bank are successfully adopted and embedded. Working closely with the Transformation team and business leaders, you’ll focus on the people side of change—supporting stakeholders, driving engagement, and ensuring initiatives deliver their intended benefits.
