• Responsible for the pursuit and execution of the Top 10–15 national strategic contractors. • Support project execution from specification development through shipment. • Engage with top national mechanical contractors. • Maintain aligned national communication through CRM. • Work with RSMs, TSMs, Mechanical Specialists, Valve Specialists, and operations teams to maintain alignment. • Coordinate product information across mechanical and valve categories. • Support cross‑selling opportunities across pipe, valve, and fitting categories. • Participate in national account planning to expand ASC presence. • Maintain consistent communication across regions.
Job Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or national account support.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- The base salary range for this position is $133,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD annually

Responsibilities - Drive new business acquisition across India by identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential clients, partners, IBs, and affiliates. - Build and execute a market-focused business development plan that expands regional presence and generates consistent revenue growth. - Own the full business development cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, conversion, activation, and relationship growth. - Develop strong on-the-ground market intelligence by tracking customer behavior, competitor activity, regional trends, and new commercial opportunities across India. - Establish and grow strategic relationships with key partners, trading communities, introducing brokers, and other business channels relevant to the India market. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership teams to align market strategy, improve conversion quality, and maximize business performance.

Role Description As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our wider Commercial function! You'll be working with our SDR's, Account Managers and Customer Success teams to onboard big name brands. - Full sales management cycle - Discovery calls, proposals, collaborating with various teams internally and externally during negotiations whilst striving to ensure you are closing deals. - Developing relationships with brands and landing long term deals - this role isn't just about the "quick wins", it's about bringing on board brands who will generate repeat revenue and renewals. - Relationship management with affiliate networks. - Growing and creating a "hit list" of brands to reach out to. - Working with both SDR's and your Account Manager to ensure clients experience a smooth sales cycle. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, bringing on board mid-enterprise level brands. - Full sales cycle experience - including closing. - Strong experience with forecasting accurately and exemplary CRM hygiene (we use Salesforce). - MEDDIC/MEDPIC experience. - Working with affiliate networks and understanding how they work is essential to the role. - Proven experience of hitting and exceeding targets. - Experience in selling from a multi-faceted approach, with longer term sales cycles that generate continuous revenue. - Experience within the retail/e-commerce/affiliate sector would be fantastic, but not absolutely necessary. - You're AI savvy, previous experience of Claude is an added bonus.
