Job Description Responsibilities: Install and support WatchGuard Video applications at Client site, these can be Azure cloud based, Linux based, or Windows based depending on the customer Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions Evaluates system specifications for business requirements Preferred Qualifications: Good communication skills verbal and written Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred. Must have experience installing and implementing processes Ability troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely matter preferred. Must have a valid driver's license to be considered for this position. The ability to travel up to 50% within the Eastern Region as needed. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Basic Requirements Required Skills: High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in one of the following: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, and Public Safety experience required. The hiring team is open to candidates at the associate, career, or senior level, depending upon experience. Performs on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment modifications, and installations of equipment ranging from low to high complexity, serving both national and international customers. Maintains equipment documentation related to internal assembly, testing, setup, and troubleshooting. Delivers start-up services and customer training during installations. Responsibilities - Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, overhauls, or refurbishes standard equipment and system components at customer locations. Sr. level candidates will also handle special purpose equipment. - Provides after-sales technical support and machine maintenance training to customers. - Completes documentation related to machine issues, repairs, and/or installations to support timely billing. - Communicates with customers to schedule installations, repairs, and/or preventive maintenance work, and provides estimated arrival times for unscheduled service requests. - Responds to routine customer and sales inquiries regarding equipment operation and performance.
