• Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost. • Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting. • Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved. • Provides technical expertise and value to customers. • Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system. • Provides hardware development and consultation. • More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.
Job Requirements
- Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
- Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus.
- Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
- Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
- Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
- Flexible to support business trip as project requirement.
- ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus.

Role Description Support our Service network and help build a world class Customer Satisfaction Department.
