• Conducts virtual risk control and self-surveys to determine potential hazards and risk factors relating to underwriting/risk selection • Writes technically detailed reports that provide a clear assessment of risk and clearly articulates recommendations • Consults with clients on ways to control hazards to reduce or prevent losses • Influences clients to implement recommendations • Explains how their recommendations or department value-added programs can help minimize risks • Provides technical advice/assistance and account information to underwriting business partners, insureds, and other customers for analysis and to ensure superior customer service • Uses automated workflows to review responses to recommendations submitted by insureds and agents • Refers incomplete recommendations to underwriting team members • Recognizes opportunities to provide risk control products and services that can help reduce losses • Plans and schedules risk control evaluations with insureds and researches risks via internal and external resources in order to complete evaluations

• Drive enterprise-wide risk data and infrastructure strategy • Oversee development of centralized data frameworks • Lead transformation initiatives to automate data processes • Enhance data quality and build scalable data marts • Partner with Risk, IT, and Analytics teams to deliver accurate data • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

• Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify all active and chronic disease conditions, as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the visit • Takes history, examines, determines diagnoses. • Provides written documentation of patient visit, per NCQA standards • Takes patient vital signs, as necessary. • Places case management referrals and communicates with PCP as necessary. • Communicates with patients, caregivers, agency nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to assure proper diagnosis. • Performs all clinical duties while observing OSHA Universal Precautions • Maintains patient confidentiality • Attends required meetings and in-services and participates in committees, as requested • Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional licenses and affiliations

• Take ownership of operational support around Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Planner, Loop, OneNote and Whiteboard • Support and further develop M365 governance, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams • Coordinate and support data protection and cybersecurity assessments in the M365 context • Review new Microsoft features and coordinate required alignments with data protection, cybersecurity and other supporting functions • Manage an external partner responsible for Teams incident management • Support the coordination of the Microsoft Unified Support contract • Participate in the agile IT setup, including PI planning, sprint activities and maintaining stories and features • Support related topics such as Copilot, Copilot Chat, Clipchamp evaluation and M365 integrations
