Apprentice Epic Learning Analyst
OCHIN, Inc.
• The Learning Apprentice supports training operations, content maintenance, training delivery, coordination activities, and EHR support analyst functions. • Assist with updating, reviewing, and maintaining training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with system updates, workflows, and organizational standards. • Support course content development, documentation management, and version control. • Help prepare training assets including guides, job aids, presentations, and learning activities. • Co-facilitate or deliver training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers. • Provide learner support before, during, and after training sessions.
Job Requirements
- 2 years customer service and/or IT Help Desk support experience or have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program preferred.
- Electronic Health Record experience in systems such as EPIC preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Interest in training delivery, healthcare systems, or learning development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
