• You bring structure, clarity and energy to our brand projects, enabling strong team collaboration. • With high-quality offline activations you make Doonails tangible and measurably increase our brand awareness. • At the same time, you further develop Brand Activation as a scalable function with clear ownership — ensuring quality, consistency and speed in everything we deliver together. • Brand Activation & Campaign Management: events, pop-ups, tours, launches and offline campaigns • End-to-end project management: timelines, budgets, stakeholders and quality • Coordination of external partners & vendors: venues, exhibition builders, productions, decor, technical equipment and brands • Close collaboration with Brand Design to ensure a consistent brand appearance • Increase brand awareness with clear KPIs and reporting • Stakeholder management & communication — both internal and external

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle
  • Proven experience in brand activation & event management
  • Excellent project management skills in a multi-project environment
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies and service providers
  • Budget responsibility including planning and negotiation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High quality and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
  • Nice to have: existing NRW network (events, venues, exhibition builders)
  • Nice to have: experience with retail activations
  • Nice to have: experience in PR
  • Nice to have: background in scale-ups or fast-growing environments
  • Nice to have: NRW-based

How you'll collaborate with others: - Build a positive relationship with your assigned portfolio of hotels and revenue management partners. - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams and Distribution and E-Commerce teams to learn insights and better guide your hotel's positioning in different channels. - Partner with operations, front office, and other revenue management team partners to understand capacity constraints and optimize inventory management. Qualifications - Two (2) years of work experience in Revenue Management. - In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STAR and shop reports. - Experience forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room revenue weekly and monthly, and managing Hotel Rates and Inventory. - Proficient in analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action. - Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports. - Travel up to 15% annually. Requirements - Full-Service revenue management experience. - Knowledge of Hilton's Revenue Management systems. - Multiple hotel revenue management experience. - BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Role Description The Senior Manager, Contracts, will perform highly complex work for the procurement of major capital construction projects, professional services, materials, and equipment (Rolling Stock). This position will supervise a team of buyers and contract compliance administrators who will perform activities related to the procurement of supplies, equipment, goods and services and more complex procurements and other related compliance activities. The Senior Manager, Contracts will drive departmental process improvement, including the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include: - Leading the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. - Overseeing document management (including solicitation and contract templates, and forms), other documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as applicable. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field. - A minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing professional buyer and contract administration and compliance work. - A minimum of three (3) years at senior level leading or supervising subordinate staff performing buying or contract administration work. - A combination of training, with a minimum of an Associate Degree and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, may be considered when determining minimum qualifications. - Advanced relevant coursework may also substitute for a portion of the required experience.
