Job Requirements
- You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English.
- You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
- You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
- You have an understanding of medical topics.
- You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
- You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
- You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
