Payroll Division Manager

Acrisure

• Leader responsible for market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns • Report to a regional Vice President (VP) • Manage and achieve Division’s productive sales goals monthly • Recruit and interview Payroll Territory Managers (PTM) and Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) • Develop PTMs, build PTM business plans, manage SPA/PTM activity • Maintain relationships with partners, business networking groups, and Outside Sales POS/Payments team • Monitor and adhere to corporate sales policies • Lead weekly team meetings and conduct monthly training sessions • Provide status updates to VP and/or SVP • Achieve minimum production requirements

Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • Successful completion of DMAP Training
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groups
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain consistent sales results each month
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of how to effectively manage the entire sales cycle
  • Strong industry knowledge, as well as working knowledge of the sales process
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches to problem solving
  • Proactive thinker with a strong work ethic and customer focused, entrepreneurial orientation
  • Ability to work independently while upholding organizational culture
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and/or relevant work experience (Preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experience (Preferred)

What you’ll do: - Client service management, specific requirements, requests relating to the service management process, as well as legal aspects. - Resolution and management of incidents arising from the service. - Conduct regular meetings with the clients in charge: agreeing and updating the payroll calendar and daily processes agreed with the client. - Review and prepare data relating to administrative processes for payroll processing (performing functional tests on the platform/s). - Process the client's payroll and perform the necessary controls defined by the department to ensure the quality of the process and service to the client. - Management of the client's rental period. - Carry out and send periodic reports related to the payroll process (IRS, social security files, payroll accounting reconciliation, etc.). Qualifications - Detail oriented with a strong ability to focus on small aspects of a task, project, or situation while ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Proactivity and initiative: Identify and solve problems early, take action without being told, seek opportunities for improvement, take responsibility, suggest and implement ideas. - Planning and Organization: Set clear goals and priorities, manage time effectively, create and follow structured plans, keep things orderly, anticipate challenges, adapt when necessary. - A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
