Project Manager, Clinical Research
Celerion
• Manages multiple clients and their associated projects, fostering relationships with assigned clientele • Confirms each project’s scope in conjunction with the client and operational teams to ensure adherence to contractual scope, timelines and budget for all team members • Engages assigned team and functional managers in the development, assignment and prioritization of work based on the project’s needs, taking corrective action with Operations as appropriate to control project scope and cost • Fosters high-level of communication by conducting frequent project meetings, initiated at project inception and continuing through project closeout • Creates or reviews and maintains project-related documentation including: RFIs, Budgets, Meeting Minutes, Timelines, Client Isms, Issues and Risk Lists, Change Requests, etc. • Implements change management where appropriate to alleviate bottlenecks, improving processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization • Updates relevant databases required to maintain and report on current project statuses and overall financial reporting • Hosts client visits and conducts facility tours
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (degree emphasis in life science discipline preferred)
- Requires high-level skills in the areas of organization, multi-tasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuading and negotiating
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience is highly preferred
- Phase I Project Management experience preferred

Role Description This is a night remote position. The clinical pharmacist telepharmacy provides timely, accurate, and complete pharmaceutical care which includes: - Performing daily pharmacist functions using standard techniques and procedures to process written and electronic medication orders issued by physicians and other qualified providers. - Providing drug information and keeping pertinent records. - Overseeing medication preparation and protecting the well-being of patients by monitoring for adverse reactions, allergies, appropriate use, and appropriate doses of ordered medications. - Using clinical skills to monitor medication selection and dosage by order of the prescriber or approved medical staff protocols. - Communicating with site staff for clarifications, dosage adjustments, lab monitoring, and drug therapy recommendations. The role requires knowledge of a pharmacist scope of practice, current state requirements, and other Federal or State regulatory agency requirements specific to medication order processing. Qualifications - B.S. in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited college of pharmacy. - Three years of hospital pharmacy experience as a pharmacist. - Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state which the work resides. Requirements - Reviews, verifies, and interprets all physician orders received using the patient profile. - Screens all medication orders for optimal medication usage and intervenes when appropriate within the standards of the clinical programs and client hospital protocols. - Monitors for medication allergies, drug interactions, renal and hepatic function, age-appropriate drug selection and dosage, duplicated orders, injectable compatibilities, concentrations, and administration rates. - Uses pharmacokinetic skills to determine dosing and to monitor patients’ responses to selected drugs. - Participates in continued education in pharmacy practice to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals. - Supports and assists in meeting client hospital goals and specifications for order entry/verification, medication preparation, and clinical programs. - Reviews, understands, and responds as appropriate in a timely manner to communication from System Director, Manager(s), and/or Supervisor(s) of Telepharmacy and from client hospital liaisons.
