Gravity SketchThink in 3D. Create in 3D. Gravity Sketch is the design platform for teams that create, collaborate, and review in 3D.
• Drive product design for web, and support on the VR and desktop apps where needed • Work collaboratively with peers in Engineering and Product from scoping, ideation to delivery to ensure we have solved the identified problem with the best solution possible balancing user experience, visual design, and feasibility • Continue to iterate on and maintain our web design system • Be an evangelist and voice of Design internally within the company, sharing work in progress prototypes and the thought process to take the broader team on the journey
- One coherent system. Take a fragmented multi-app experience and unify it. Build the design system that lets us ship faster without it looking like five different teams did the work. Arabic-first, RTL done right, not bolted on. - The hard flows. Fleet dashboards dense with data. A driver flow that works one-handed at a pump. A wallet that has to satisfy both a nervous first-time user and SAMA. You'll lead these yourself. - The B2C app, fully. Our consumer app is young and you'll own its design outright, direction down to detail, plus the bridges between a company's fleet and the personal cars its employees drive. - How we work, not just what we ship. We're betting that AI changes how design, product, and engineering get done, not just what ends up on screen. You'll lead that bet. Test new tools and methods, find the ones that actually make us faster, and pull the rest of the org along. Curiosity here is part of the job, not a side hobby. - Proof, not opinion. Usability tests, analytics, real driver and admin feedback from the ground. We decide with evidence. - A team and a bar. Mentor the designers we have, help hire the ones we need, and run reviews that make everyone's work sharper.

WaymarkThe breakthrough AI production platform that allows anyone to create compelling commercials and spec spots in minutes.
• Conduct user research with community health workers, pharmacists, therapists, care coordinators, and patients to understand pain points and design solutions that eliminate manual workarounds. • Design with and learn from communities we serve, building solutions that celebrate the wisdom of lived experiences. • Create user flows and interfaces that prioritize patient care over cumbersome, billing-focused systems. • Design end-to-end experiences for our proprietary CRM platform that supports automated patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and care coordination. • Create user-friendly and customizable interfaces that reveal actionable insights to care teams, enabling them to focus on patients' goals rather than administrative tasks. • Design AI-assisted workflows that feel trustworthy and enhance (rather than replace) human-centered care. • Ensure all designs meet healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, accessibility requirements). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams composed of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to implement and iterate on changes to the user experience based on feedback from care teams. • Partner with our current designer to evolve our design system and establish patterns for community-based care technology. • Contribute to product strategy discussions with a team that embodies our core values and wants to have a voice in the future of community-based care.

Pogo TechnologiesPriorities may shift quickly. Oftentimes, we're tackling very ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". We don't have structured management (yet!). We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. We trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.
Role Description As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you'll help lead the product design and creative direction for our new consumer insights product, which allows brands/retailers to connect with millions of purchase-verified consumers. This platform will ultimately be used by some of the largest companies in the world. - Design core product experiences end-to-end, from early exploration through launch and iteration for our up-and-coming B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users (and growing). - Craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our data and AI technology. - Sweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactions. - Help define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language, systems, and culture. - Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environment. - Be 1 of 2 designers (for now), working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM. Qualifications - Experience designing software products. - Bonus if you’ve done this at a startup, or have designed AI interactions before! - Bonus if you have experience designing enterprise-grade products. - You design quickly and efficiently, using Figma to gain super powers and reach “escape velocity design”. - You’re a design nerd at heart with a very high bar for design quality. - You actively seek out the best-designed products/designers, constantly collecting references from Twitter, Mobbin, and beyond. - You actively use LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in your design workflow. - You’re relentless in pursuing the best solution - willing to explore, iterate, and even scrap a lot of your own work if it means creating a stronger product. - You’re a full-stack designer with experience designing experiences from scratch. - You have strong product intuition and a knack for creating experiences that index on simplicity and clarity. Benefits - Above-market salaries & equity. - Unlimited PTO with a minimum 20 days vacation policy. Why you might be excited about this opportunity - Work on the design for an up-and-coming enterprise product used by some of the largest companies in the world. - Design matters a lot to us; you'll be joining a team that values best-in-class design. - Be surrounded by amazing product thinkers who have a unique obsession and knack for product thinking. - Quick feedback loops; launch and get user feedback on what's working and what's not in a matter of hours. - Shape our design culture from the ground up as one of our early team members. Why you might not be excited about us - Priorities may shift quickly; we tackle ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. - You will be one of two designers (for now) without typical design management overhead or user researchers. - At times, you’ll need to design things in a day, iterating and shipping weekly. - We expect more than 9 to 5; raw hours make an impact at our current stage.
