• Manage post-auction negotiations: Drive successful post-auction transactions between buyers and sellers while maximizing conversion and profitability. • Deliver commercial results: Consistently meet monthly targets for transaction volume, margins and fee targets. • Maintain transaction momentum: Move opportunities forward quickly and proactively to achieve short closing times and minimize drop-offs. • Build trust-based relationships: Establish credibility and rapport with buyers, sellers, collectors and dealers across multiple markets. • Support international clients: Deliver an excellent customer experience to both English- and French-speaking audiences. • Provide valuation expertise: Apply strong market knowledge to support vehicle valuations, reserve price discussions and negotiation strategy. • Identify matching opportunities: Build and maintain a network of buyers and sellers to proactively connect clients with suitable vehicles. • Ensure operational rigor: Maintain high attention to detail regarding deal terms, documentation, communications and CRM updates. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with auction, customer support and commercial teams to improve conversion and the customer experience. • Contribute to market analysis: Share customer feedback, pricing trends and competitive intelligence to improve auction performance and strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Strong automotive knowledge: Deep understanding of classic and/or high-end vehicles, including market trends and value estimation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills: Proven ability to influence outcomes while balancing customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Fluent English communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluent French communication: Professional-level proficiency in French is required.
  • Relationship-building ability: Experience quickly establishing trust with clients, prospects or stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen: Strong business judgment with experience balancing revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Bias for action: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across multiple simultaneous transactions.
  • High attention to detail: Consistent rigor and organization in fast-paced operational environments.

Qualifications - 2+ years in BDR, Inside Sales, or a similar role, ideally in B2B or enterprise.
