Role Description Unsere Tochterfirma Returnless aus den Niederlanden sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Success Manager (w/m/d). Als Customer Success Manager bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden. Du unterstützt sie dabei, Returnless erfolgreich in ihren Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren und langfristig den maximalen Nutzen aus unserer Plattform zu ziehen. - Unterstützung deutschsprachiger Webshops beim Einstieg in unsere Software – vom Onboarding bis hin zur vollständigen Konfiguration, Integration und Nutzung. - Begleitung der Kunden bei der optimalen Einrichtung von Returnless für ihr Unternehmen. - Analyse von Herausforderungen rund um Retourenprozesse und Übersetzung in praktische Lösungen innerhalb unserer Plattform. - Beratung der Kunden, um Returnless erfolgreich einzusetzen und echten Mehrwert aus dem Produkt zu ziehen. - Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und Videocall. - Unterstützung bei technischen und operativen Fragen, z. B. zu Account-Konfigurationen, Shop-Einstellungen sowie API- und Integrationsthemen. - Schrittweise Analyse von Problemen, bis eine Lösung gefunden ist. - Arbeit mit Integrationen wie Magento, Shopify, Shopware, DHL und weiteren Versanddienstleistern. - Erkennung von Upselling- und Ausbaupotenzialen, wo sinnvoll. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Sales, Marketing, Product und Development, um Kundenfeedback weiterzugeben und das Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern. - Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Problemen und Sicherstellung, dass alle Beteiligten über Lösungen und nächste Schritte informiert sind. Qualifications - Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau. - Gerne mit Kunden arbeitest und echte Beziehungen aufbaust. - Strukturiert arbeitest und Verantwortung übernimmst. - Technisch interessiert bist und dich schnell in neue Tools und Systeme einarbeitest. - Stark in der Kommunikation - schriftlich wie mündlich. - Probleme gerne eigenständig analysierst und löst. - Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen E-Commerce, SaaS, Customer Success oder Integrationen mitbringst. - Bestenfalls in Nordrhein-Westfalen wohnst (max. ca. 2 Stunden von Eindhoven entfernt). - Offen für neue Technologien und KI-gestütztes Arbeiten bist. Role Description Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (individual contributor) to join our Customer Success organization. This is a customer-facing, commercially accountable role responsible for governing, protecting, and growing revenue across a portfolio of Commercial Airline customers. Customer Success Managers focus on retention, renewal execution, expansion, customer health, and sentiment (NPS). The core mission of this role is to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI from their investment, renew with confidence, and expand based on realized value. As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead value-based, outcome-driven success motions across Jeppesen ForeFlight's portfolio, including Flight Operations Solutions which supports Airlines Operations Control Centers and Flight Deck Solutions which supports pilots and EFB administrators. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to own the full renewal motion—from strategic planning through contract signature.
