Singular

• Serve as client advocate in all respects of the Singular product, project managing customer onboarding, and overseeing technical solution delivery to ensure proper implementation. • Regularly meet and engage customers to understand how they use the platform and provide training, guidance, and insights to increase engagement and retention. • Consistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and success metrics. • Work closely with internal teams on escalation and resolution of critical customer issues. • Become a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their needs and helping solve or simplify pain points through Singular’s product. • Identify incremental revenue opportunities and lead regular QBRs (virtual and, where relevant, onsite).

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS-based environment in client services, customer success, or account management.
  • Prior experience leading technical implementations and managing technical relationships with large companies—experience in mobile user acquisition or mobile product roles is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem (MMPs, ad networks, ad trackers, exchanges, PMDs, BI/analytics companies).
  • Proven track record as a top performer in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong passion for customer-facing roles and complex technology environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude.

Role Description Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (individual contributor) to join our Customer Success organization. This is a customer-facing, commercially accountable role responsible for governing, protecting, and growing revenue across a portfolio of Commercial Airline customers. Customer Success Managers focus on retention, renewal execution, expansion, customer health, and sentiment (NPS). The core mission of this role is to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI from their investment, renew with confidence, and expand based on realized value. As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead value-based, outcome-driven success motions across Jeppesen ForeFlight's portfolio, including Flight Operations Solutions which supports Airlines Operations Control Centers and Flight Deck Solutions which supports pilots and EFB administrators. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to own the full renewal motion—from strategic planning through contract signature. In this role, success means: - Customers clearly achieve the value and ROI of Jeppesen ForeFlight solutions. - Renewals are planned early, executed smoothly, and closed on time. - Risks are surfaced and addressed before they escalate. - Expansion is driven by outcomes rather than transactions. - Customers view you as a strategic partner — not a support function.
