Affiliate Manager – iGaming, Argentinian Market

• Scout, recruit, and integrate affiliate partners in LATAM, such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networks • Cultivate enduring relationships with affiliates to boost performance, interaction, and loyalty • Design and refine CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals alongside the operating team • Track core metrics like FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, launching improvements as required • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product groups to sync affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns, and local strategies • Guarantee adherence to brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliates • Identify and address fraud, poor traffic quality, and breaches of rules • Oversee affiliate tracking tools for precise reporting, attribution, and payouts • Develop performance summaries, projections, and strategic recommendations for leadership • Perform market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities in LATAM • Serve as company representative at trade shows, networking gatherings, and partner sessions as needed
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in Affiliate Management in iGaming industry with significant Argentinian market involvement preferred
- Deep knowledge of major Argentinian region.
- Demonstrated success handling CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models with clear business outcomes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities for diverse portfolios
- Data-driven approach to analyzing metrics, spotting patterns, and guiding optimizations
- Background in spotting fraud, evaluating traffic quality, and enforcing compliance in affiliate setups
- Proactive self-starter thriving in a high-energy, results-focused setting
- Superior organization and multitasking skills for juggling competing demands
- English fluency mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese highly desirable
- Ready to travel for conferences and events
- Adept at working across LATAM time zones from a Cyprus base
