Job Description

Senior Paid Media & Cold Email Specialist

Solvi Digital

Role Description We're growing and looking for a senior, self-sufficient specialist based in South Africa to own both our paid media delivery and cold email outreach operations across a portfolio of UK clients. This is a role for someone who brings genuine strategic thinking, not just execution - someone who can pick up a complex B2B brief quickly and get to work. Tasks - Paid Media - Plan, build, and manage B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for a portfolio of UK industrial and manufacturing clients. - Own full campaign strategy — keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bid management, and ongoing optimisation. - Build Meta funnels including Instant Form campaigns specifically optimised for lead quality over volume. - Advise clients and internal team on the best campaign approach for any given budget — consulting, not just executing. - Work closely with our in-house design team to brief landing page positioning and offer structure; you don't build pages but you know what good looks like. - Set up automated lead notification workflows via Zapier or Make from form submissions to client. - Produce clear, insight-led reports using Claude and other tools — data translated into strategy, not just numbers on a page. - Manage a small number of LinkedIn Ads accounts alongside Meta. - Monitor campaigns daily, identify problems fast, and act without being prompted. - Cold Email - Own the full cold email infrastructure — domain purchasing, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox warm-up, and ongoing deliverability health monitoring. - Build and manage outreach campaigns end-to-end in Instantly — sequences, sending configuration, inbox rotation, and campaign logic. - Develop value propositions, offers, and angles independently for each client campaign — understanding niche industrial B2B sectors without needing everything explained in detail. - Write personalised, high-converting cold email copy that generates replies. - Monitor reply rates, bounce rates, and deliverability metrics proactively and adjust accordingly. - Manage lead list sourcing, segmentation, and targeting criteria per campaign. - Test and iterate on messaging, offer framing, and targeting to continuously improve results. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on paid media management experience — Google Ads is essential; Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads required. - Proven track record running B2B lead generation campaigns, specifically for the UK market. - Some e-commerce campaign experience is a bonus, but B2B lead gen is the 90% focus. - Solid cold email experience including full infrastructure setup and management — domain health, mailbox warm-up, deliverability monitoring. - Hands-on experience using Instantly as an outreach platform (or comparable and willing to adapt fast). - Ability to independently develop cold email strategy: value propositions, offer angles, personalisation at scale, and list segmentation. - Strong cold email copywriting skills — persuasive, relevant, tailored to niche audiences. - Comfortable working with complex industrial and manufacturing clients; you pick up sector context quickly and don't need briefing on every concept. - Experience building automated lead notification workflows using Zapier or Make. - Confident using Claude or equivalent AI tools for reporting, analysis, and output. - Excellent reporting skills — you tell a clear story with data and make strategic recommendations. - Consultant mindset — you advise on the best approach given the brief and budget, not just execute instructions. - Strong communicator, highly self-managed, and reliable in a remote setup. - Based in South Africa. Benefits - Fully remote role working with a specialist UK B2B agency. - Direct access to the senior team - no management layers or bureaucracy. - Varied client portfolio across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. - Consistent, long-term engagement with room to grow as the agency grows. - Flexible working with UK time zone alignment where needed.
