• Own the commercial relationship with our Customers, with a Flanders – Belgium focus. • Implement the retention and growth strategy, including planning and controlling. • Managing the Sales Budget of your customer portfolio with an ambition and commitment to achieving double digit growth rates • Build up and maintain regular personal contacts with key stakeholders at our Customers (purchasing, production, quality, safety, cleaning and hygiene operations, etc) • Contribute to all divisional or cross-functional matters (pricing, marketing, sales promotions, events, seminars, product launches…) • Report sales activities according to guidelines in CRM and monitor sales numbers. • Coordinate the sales and demand forecasts. • Technical support: answering all types of technical questions related to our products and solutions. • For more in dept questions you coordinate with the support functions and in-house experts. • Visit your customers production to create value, train stakeholders and develop opportunities. • Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our customer service etc.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications in business or sales, minimum a bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a business-related environment
- An optimistic action-oriented person, that likes to hunt for new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, to be able to coordinate actions with customers but also with internal support functions.
- To understand the distributor driven business model and how to grow distribution channels.
- To be fluent in Dutch. French and English are a great plus!
- Knowledge of the market is a nice plus.
- Engineer Background is a plus.
- Willingness to travel from home and flexible mindset to collaborate with the Food & Beverage customers.
- Ideally based at driving distance from Ieper, Belgium.

Role Description At Firefly, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical bridge between our customers and our cloud asset management platform. You'll own relationships with strategic accounts, helping engineering and platform teams unlock the full value of infrastructure-as-code through deep product adoption, technical guidance, and proactive support. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps and customer success - you should be equally comfortable reviewing a Terraform module with a customer's platform team and presenting a quarterly business review to a VP of Engineering. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UK, supporting customers across the EMEA region. You'll be part of our growing Global Customer Success team. Responsibilities - Own technical relationships for Firefly accounts, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. - Lead onboarding and implementation planning, helping customers codify their cloud infrastructure and migrate unmanaged resources into IaC workflows. - Conduct regular technical health reviews. - Collaborate with Sales to support pre-sales technical evaluations, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements. - Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, advocating for feature requests and surfacing product gaps. - Build integration guides, runbooks, and best-practice documentation covering Terraform, Cloudflare, and cloud provider workflows. - Respond to escalations with urgency, coordinating across Support, Engineering, and leadership as needed.
