Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager
Paired
• Own client relationships • You're the primary point of contact and strategic advisor • Deeply understand each client's brand, product, customers, and competitive landscape • Make data-driven strategic recommendations on what to test and build to drive revenue growth • Deliver work across all three work streams: paid landing pages, Shopify theme optimization and testing, and brand/operational support • Stay current on subscription CPG industry trends, best practices, and what's working • Own A/B testing programs in Intelligems - hypothesis development, execution, and analysis • Lead your pod to deliver high-quality work on time • Develop and manage the PM on your team • Collaborate with your Tech Lead on scoping, prioritization, and technical decisions • Ensure client satisfaction and retention • Roll up your sleeves when needed - you're not above doing the work to get things across the finish line
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing e-commerce or agency projects end-to-end
- Data-driven mindset - you use analytics to inform strategy and measure impact, not gut feel
- Strategic mindset - you develop hypotheses, make recommendations, and drive results
- Strong client management skills - you know how to build trust and become a true partner
- Deep interest in subscription CPG - you follow the industry and know what's working
- Technical understanding of Shopify and e-commerce (you don't need to code, but you need to speak the language)
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO programs
- Track record of leading and developing team members
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Linear, Figma, Intelligems, and GitHub
- Genuine passion for CPG brands and the subscription commerce space
- AI-native mindset - you use tools like Claude to enhance your work, not replace your thinking
