Conduct technical assistance for the HIV Surveillance Program, develop training materials, monitor data quality, and perform quality assurance activities to evaluate HIV/AIDS data collected through various methods.

• Design, implement, and scale Elephant Teams' AI capability strategy across the organization. • Establish and lead the Elephant Teams AI Academy. • Build workforce capability, drive AI adoption, and create measurable business impact through productivity improvements. • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives tailored to different roles. • Create and maintain the AI Knowledge Hub, Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides to support continuous learning. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, and AI agents. • Establish AI Champions programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and regular learning forums that encourage collaboration and innovation. • Measure workforce capability, productivity improvements, client outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. • Help create innovative solutions that enhance client value and strengthen market differentiation.

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into agency services and operations. • Research, test, and recommend emerging AI tools and technologies. • Stay up to date with developments across generative AI, automation, and creative technology. • Support teams in using AI for content creation, ideation, design, video, and campaign development. • Develop prompts, workflows, and best practices for creative teams. • Assist with AI-generated content production and quality assurance. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency. • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated. • Build integrations between AI platforms and agency systems where appropriate. • Train and support staff in the effective use of AI tools. • Develop AI policies, processes, and governance frameworks. • Create documentation and knowledge-sharing resources. • Contribute to AI-related client projects and proposals. • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enhanced services. • Help develop new products and service offerings leveraging AI.

• Lead at the ELT level • Partner with the CEO and ELT to define internal AI strategy and operating priorities; defend roadmap with rigorous ROI analysis • Build and chair an executive AI council that sets policy, approves investments, and unblocks cross-functional work • Run the AI champions network as the operating engine of the program • Brief the board on AI program health, financial impact, and forward investment plan on a quarterly cadence • Navigate cross-functional alignment without direct authority • Build agentic workflows on frontier models that automate or augment real work across the business • Build the semantic and data layer that is the foundation of the entire program • Build MCP-based integrations and establish practices for performance and safety • Govern the program with evaluation framework and compliance.
