• Manage relationships with external HR vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery. • Facilitate and coordinate bi-annual performance assessment processes. • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle and onboarding experience. • Partner with hiring managers to define team requirements and collaborate on recruitment. • Design, execute, and monitor initiatives aimed at sustaining high employee morale. • Act as an accessible, high-empathy point of contact for all team members.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar generalist role.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, Freight Forwarding, or supply chain technology environment preferred.
  • Fluency in English (C1) is required.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a valuable asset.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional empathy and a warm demeanor.
  • Communication Excellence: Ability to confidently collaborate with global stakeholders.
