Job Requirements
- Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar generalist role.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, Freight Forwarding, or supply chain technology environment preferred.
- Fluency in English (C1) is required.
- Fluency in an additional language is a valuable asset.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional empathy and a warm demeanor.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to confidently collaborate with global stakeholders.
