Role Description We are looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate to join a well-established luxury British leather brand entering an exciting phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained solid digital marketing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be trusted to manage day-to-day marketing activities independently while working closely with leadership to develop your strategic marketing skills and contribute to the growth of the brand. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands. - Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. - Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media channels. - Experience using Canva or similar design tools. - Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks. - Creative thinker who enjoys contributing ideas and testing new approaches. - Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining an authentic brand voice. Requirements - Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, website content, and customer engagement channels. - Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional content. - Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms. - Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand's luxury positioning. - Draft and publish blog content to support customer engagement and SEO objectives. - Build and manage email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Klaviyo. - Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and website content within Shopify. - Update website banners, promotional messaging, and seasonal campaign content. - Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key marketing metrics. - Review engagement and website data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Contribute ideas for campaigns, content initiatives, and promotional activities. - Support the implementation of marketing strategies developed with leadership. - Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise visibility and engagement. - Assist with paid advertising activities through creative asset preparation and campaign support. - Support customer communications and help maintain a positive customer experience.
