Veterinary Receptionist Location: Saint Johns United States Part-Time Job Description: Our hospital is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of house duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key! Role Description Our Client Service Managers are responsible for both disability case management and client management for their assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include assisting employees on behalf of their employer when the employee is off work, or at risk of being off work for health reasons, as well as partnering with the client to meet any needs they may have contractually, from a process perspective and to ensure their plan continues to meet their needs. Qualifications - 4 years of logistics experience, including 1 year of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience. - Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other business applications.
