Role Description We’re hiring a Senior BDR to own the top of our sales funnel at iLawyerMarketing. You will be the engine behind pipeline generation, working directly with our Account Executive team to book qualified meetings and create opportunities that move. This is an outbound-first role. You will: - Prospect into law firms, identify decision-makers, and start conversations that lead to real pipelines. - Support our existing AEs while also helping build the foundation for a growing sales team. - Work in a remote-first environment, with travel (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings. - Utilize tools such as CRM, outreach/sequencing tools, and proprietary client reporting. - Collaborate directly with our Account Executive team to ensure qualified handoffs and a consistent prospect experience. Qualifications - 3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience, ideally in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS. - Demonstrated track record of outbound activity and qualified pipeline generation. - Experience prospecting into law firms or legal departments is a strong plus. - Comfortable speaking to SEO, paid media, and digital marketing. - CRM proficiency and comfort with outreach and sequencing tools. - Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by results. Requirements - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold outreach, email sequencing, LinkedIn, phone, and referrals. - Identify, research, and qualify prospective law firm clients. - Book qualified meetings and pass well-documented opportunities to Account Executives. - Build and support pipelines for both existing AEs and future sales team growth. - Maintain accurate CRM records across outreach activity, conversations, and pipeline status. - Track and report on activity metrics, meeting volume, and pipeline contribution to leadership weekly. - Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine outreach messaging and prospecting strategies. - Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments. - Other duties as assigned by management.
