Role Description Develop and implement guidelines for conducting webinars. - Select and implement the most appropriate web conferencing technology. - Create, maintain, and execute a webinar schedule. - Organize contents and follow up for each webinar. - Work closely with the account manager team to ensure the successful organization of all webinars. - Work with creators to set and organize a monthly webinar plan. Qualifications - Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of more languages is a plus. - Experience in the field of Digital Marketing. - Great time management. - Knowledge of Canva and Capcut. - Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. - Flexible working hours required in case of urgency or business need. - Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude. Requirements - Salary: up to 600 USD / monthly. - Location: North Africa (Full Remote). - Working hours: CET (Full-time 40h/week). - Contract: Freelance contract. - Start Time: ASAP. • Build, maintain, and improve our React Native mobile app • Work in a team of frontend- and backend engineers as well as product owners and designers • Develop mobile-first features around tracking, training progress, and AI features • Turn product and design direction into reliable, polished mobile UX • Maintain and improve our Next.js web frontend where needed • Navigate and improve an existing codebase with care and good judgment • Use AI coding tools effectively along the entire lifecycle • Make pragmatic technical decisions around architecture, maintainability, performance, and speed • Review code and help improve our frontend and mobile engineering practices

• Video editing: creating short videos for our short courses using Capcut • Supporting content management on our platform • Applying AI tools for text and video production • Actively monitoring trends in video creation and social media to integrate new ideas and approaches
