Cornerstone Capital Bank
• Lead the design and structuring of mortgage products and investor programs • Own investor-driven product development activities from concept through launch readiness • Produce authoritative, pre-launch product documentation • Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to support product setup and validation • Independently manage multiple concurrent development initiatives using structured project plans • Act as a senior point of coordination between Secondary / Capital Markets and other departments during product development and launch
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Significant exposure to Secondary / Capital Markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Direct experience developing and launching Non-QM investor programs
- Working knowledge of Empower LOS and mortgage product configuration concepts
- Experience using Smartsheet for project plans and readiness tracking
