Role Description We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Assistant Intern to support our Client Experience Manager and planning team. This internship offers hands-on experience in wedding planning, client services, project management, and event operations while providing valuable exposure to the luxury events industry. This position is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields who are looking to gain professional experience and receive academic internship credit. Responsibilities - Assist with creating and updating wedding and event timelines. - Help maintain planning documents, checklists, and client files. - Organize vendor information, contracts, and event details. - Conduct venue and vendor research as assigned. - Prepare planning materials and support project organization. - Assist the Client Experience Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks. - Attend internal planning meetings and document notes and action items. - Help manage client communication records and planning portals. - Support follow-up communications with clients and vendors. - Contribute to creating a seamless and exceptional client experience. Role Description As our Finance Assistant you will support the US Finance department with a broad range of accounting operations involving high volume transactions for our MGA and claims management entities. This role is well suited for a tech-savvy and detail oriented professional who is comfortable working across multiple systems and multiple entities. Role Description To ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation, maintenance, and repair of mobile equipment and vehicles within assigned facilities or portfolios. This role supports business continuity by minimizing downtime through proactive servicing, rapid response to breakdowns, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
