Role Description La ressource s’assurera, en collaboration avec les différentes équipes Technologies Numériques, d’administrer, d’automatiser, d’industrialiser, de supporter et de faire évoluer la plateforme infranuagique et les services qui la compose. Le(la) titulaire agira aussi comme expert dans le cadre de projets et initiatives et contribuera au succès du virage infonuagique de l'entreprise, dans une équipe dynamique et agile. Responsibilities - Administrer, automatiser, industrialiser, configurer et gérer les infrastructures sur-site et infonuagique; - Assurer l’administration, la configuration et la gestion de coupe-feu Palo Alto physiques et virtuels en démontrant une parfaite maîtrise de l’environnement, conformément aux processus établis; - Suivre des dossiers avec de multiples intervenants; - Accompagner les équipes pour des ouvertures de coupe-feu (comprendre et analyser des flux); - Supporter les équipes du NOC (niveau 2/niveau 3); - Développer de nouveaux services afin de contribuer à l’évolution en continu de la plateforme infranuagique et à sa stabilité; - Favoriser l’autonomie des équipes par l’industrialisation des façons de faire, l’accompagnement et par l’automatisation (devsecops); - Maîtriser les relations entre les environnements sous sa responsabilité; - Agir en tant qu’expert(e), vérifier de façon proactive l’environnement, analyser les rapports sur les services, surveiller leur état et appliquer les correctifs selon les processus établis; - Analyser et diagnostiquer les problèmes opérationnels en lien avec la plateforme infranuagique; - Assurer une vigie quant à l’introduction de nouveaux services, de mises à niveau et de fonctionnalités dans l’environnement. Évaluer, tester, qualifier et gérer le déploiement de ces derniers; - S’assurer de documenter et de maintenir à jour les processus et la documentation; - Assurer le respect des directives et positionnement de sécurité ainsi que l’arrimage avec les équipes responsables; - Offrir du support 24/7 en rotation, pour les incidents touchant la plateforme infranuagique; - Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Qualifications - Minimum de 5 années en tant qu’administrateur(trice) de systèmes Palo Alto, et système Cisco; - Expérience en gestion et mise en place de coupe-feu Palo Alto dans le cloud AWS et Azure; - Expérience avec la solution Palo Alto Prisma Access; - Expérience en gestion de la sécurité cloud avec Strata Cloud Management; - Expérience avec la solution Panorama; - Connaissances des outils d’automatisation et de déploiement CI/CD (Azure devops, AWS cloudformation, etc.); - Concevoir, déployer et gérer des solutions de sécurité réseau utilisant Palo Alto Prisma Access; - Expérience à analyser et convertir des règles de coupe-feu varié vers des règles Palo Alto; - Assurer la maintenance et le support des infrastructures de télécommunication existantes; - Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes de sécurité; - Former et encadrer les membres de l’équipe sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité réseau; - Connaissance approfondie des concepts de sécurité réseau et des protocoles; - Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à travailler sous pression; - Expérience en rédaction de documentation opérationnelle; - Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe; - Capacité à réaliser plusieurs tâches en parallèle; - Avoir travaillé en mode agile dans un contexte devsecops, un atout; - Excellente communication en français et en anglais. • Support implementation, operation, and optimization of Cisco-based network infrastructure, including core, distribution, access, and edge layers • Implement and maintain network security controls aligned with NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-207 Zero Trust Architecture • Configure and manage routing, switching, and network services, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs; maintain secure configurations aligned with organizational standards • Manage 802.1X port-based network access control to enforce authentication at the network edge • Configure and maintain centralized logging for all network devices; ensure log forwarding to enterprise SIEM platforms in compliance with retention requirements • Conduct continuous monitoring and vulnerability assessments of network infrastructure; coordinate remediation in alignment with NIST RMF • Participate in change management processes; maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration documentation • Serve as technical advisor for complex service desk escalations; collaborate with cloud, Microsoft, and cybersecurity engineering teams • Support incident response activities, including network-level analysis, containment actions, and forensic data collection

Role Description We are seeking a Network Engineer Principal to join our enterprise infrastructure team supporting a large, complex environment spanning cloud and enterprise network services. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for implementing, operating, and continuously improving critical network infrastructure that supports enterprise applications, services, and users across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise routing, switching, network security, and core infrastructure services. This role focuses on implementing and operating existing network architecture while identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency across the network environment.
