Role Description As a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager focused on the customer side of our Going Out product you’ll own critical pieces of the customer go to market strategy. You will report to our Director of In-Store and work on some of the most urgent projects as the team prepares to scale our product Nationwide. You’ll own and collaborate on critical components of our business including: - The Going Out customer journey - The Going Out interaction with DashPass - In-app conversion (from DoorDash visitor to in-store visitor) - Monthly retention and order frequency for the product - Designing and executing experiments for new products in the Going Out tab This role will also include regular customer research and collaboration with product, marketing, and sales.
