• Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs while ensuring compliance with PerkinElmer’s service standards and key performance indicators. • Engage with customers to understand their analytical workflows and tailor service offerings, including training, support, and upgrades. • Enhance account profitability through efficient service execution and by identifying revenue opportunities such as billable work, consumables, and service leads. • Maintain assigned assets, including tools, test equipment (MTE), telecommunication equipment, and service parts inventory. • Enhance PerkinElmer’s product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunities via the quality notification process.

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation. • Oversee necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. • Engage with customers to understand their analytical workflows and tailor service offerings. • Enhance account profitability through efficient service execution and by identifying revenue opportunities. • Maintain assigned assets, including tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory. • Attend higher level certification through company sponsored training & development offerings. • Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities.

• Cover your allocated region and assist others in your team if needed • High completion rate for all jobs either installing or repairing water systems for our customers • Carrying out repairs to our water home systems. • Always identifying and fixing the issue first time, avoiding return visits • Ensure customers are delighted with their home water system returned to full working order • Install water systems in customers’ homes. • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, plumbing is error free and kitchen is left clean and tidy. • Set up and demonstrated the water system for the customer, ensuring they enjoy all the amazing features of our taap. • Positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams to ensure issues are swiftly resolved • Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property. • Go out of your way to drive positive reviews and customer recommendations • Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in our systems • Record all stock consumption accurately in our systems to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts • Complete all stock takes accurately and on time
