Senior Fullstack Developer, Node.js
RD Saúde
• Responsible for the support and maintenance of RD Saúde's digital channels; • Develop solutions to fix bugs and critical incidents in the digital environment; • Analyze opportunities and implement actions to improve performance of digital channels; • Conduct investigations and propose improvements to the digital environment to increase customer satisfaction on digital platforms (NSS); • Propose and implement improvements related to the FinOps discipline (cost reduction and optimization); • Lead and participate in incident war rooms for critical incidents, focusing on restoring impacted services quickly and with quality; • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience with React and React Native and familiarity with the Next.js framework;
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript using NestJS;
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and tools such as Argo CD;
- Experience with AI-based code assistant tools and integrated IDE tools such as Cursor, Kiro and Claude Code;
- Experience using Git for version control;
- Practical knowledge of the Testing Pyramid in software engineering, including unit, integration and end-to-end tests;
- Experience with integrations using RESTful APIs, API versioning techniques and GraphQL;
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and patterns used in microservices architecture (event-driven, polling, adapter, composer, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of Docker;
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of observability and APM metrics;
- Experience with both non-relational and relational databases, with a focus on MongoDB, MySQL and Oracle;
- Experience with queuing and data-streaming tools, focusing on RabbitMQ, BullMQ and Kafka.
