Legal Analyst – Contracts

• Organization and control of documents: Maintenance of physical and digital contract files, updating information and organizing documents required for contract management. • Registration and updating of data: Registering and updating clients and contracts in the company's internal systems. • Monitoring deadlines and expirations: Tracking contract deadlines, expirations, renewals and extensions. • Communication: Communicating with clients and internal teams about outstanding issues, approvals and contract status. • Support in drafting and reviewing contracts: Assisting in the drafting, review and organization of contracts with clients, suppliers and partners, assessing clauses and associated risks in accordance with current laws, ensuring legal and internal compliance. • Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. • Supporting the team in interactions with external legal counsel when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Law degree in progress (from the 8th semester) or completed.
  • Experience with contracts.
  • Knowledge of civil, business and tax law.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing/procurement processes.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Role Description We are seeking Market Access Attorneys to advise our Life Sciences clients. In this role, you will provide strategic legal counsel and support to leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading organizations, helping shape market access strategies, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and support commercial success while mitigating legal and compliance risk. This is an existing vacancy. - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of market access-related agreements, including PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, specialty pharmacy, distribution, rebate, discount, value-based, outcomes-based, consulting, advisory board, master services, and data-sharing agreements. - Providing legal guidance on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing obligations, including Medicaid Best Price, Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Average Sales Price (ASP), 340B, and VA/FSS requirements. - Advising on coverage, coding, and reimbursement initiatives in partnership with market access, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), pricing, trade, and channel teams. - Counseling clients on the design, implementation, and operation of patient support programs, co-pay assistance programs, and related arrangements, with particular focus on Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act considerations. - Collaborating with commercial, medical, regulatory, compliance, finance, and market access teams to ensure access-related strategies, communications, and materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Managing legal and compliance issues related to pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, government reporting, and payer contracting activities. - Providing practical, risk-based advice regarding interactions with payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), healthcare professionals, and government healthcare programs. - Staying ahead of federal and state regulatory developments, enforcement trends, and industry guidance impacting market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercial contracting.
