Regional Controller
KASHIO
• Liderar la función regional de contabilidad, consolidación, control financiero, cumplimiento estatutario, auditoría, reporting e infraestructura financiera de Kashio en Américas • Asegurar que la arquitectura financiera de Kashio escale al ritmo del negocio, con estándares investor-grade, control interno robusto, procesos automatizables y cumplimiento multi-país • Coordinar con asesores contables y tributarios locales, supervisando reportes estatutarios, declaraciones fiscales, planificación tributaria y precios de transferencia cuando aplique • Impulsar mejoras en ERP, automatización de procesos financieros, infraestructura de datos financieros e integración de sistemas de finanzas con plataformas operativas • Colaborar con Tecnología y Producto para que los sistemas financieros acompañen la evolución de Kashio como una AI-enabled FinOps Platform • Construir, desarrollar y liderar un equipo regional de contabilidad y control financiero, promoviendo accountability, excelencia operativa y mejora continua • Actuar como trusted advisor del CFO y del liderazgo ejecutivo, proponiendo caminos financieramente sólidos
Job Requirements
- 10+ años de experiencia progresiva en contabilidad, control financiero, finanzas corporativas o liderazgo financiero
- Experiencia liderando operaciones financieras multi-país, multi-entidad y/o multi-moneda
- Experiencia en compañías de tecnología, fintech, servicios financieros o empresas de alto crecimiento
- Experiencia en reporting financiero con estándares institucionales, inversionistas, Directorio, auditorías o due diligence
- Conocimiento sólido de cierres contables, consolidación, estados financieros, controles internos y gobierno financiero
- Experiencia coordinando cumplimiento estatutario, tributario, contable y obligaciones locales con asesores externos
- Conocimiento de normas contables locales y exposición a US GAAP, consolidación regional o entornos de reporting U.S.
- Experiencia impulsando mejoras en ERP, automatización financiera, procesos contables y data financiera
- Formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía, Administración o carreras afines
- Certificación CPA, CA, equivalente o colegiatura profesional altamente valorada
- MBA o formación avanzada en negocios será considerado un plus

Role Description The Head of Finance / Financial Controller will drive key parts of Intellect’s finance function, reporting directly to the CEO and VP Finance, and partnering closely with executive leaders and external stakeholders. This role will play a critical part in ensuring strong financial discipline, accurate reporting, effective cash management, and scalable financial processes to support sustainable growth.
