• Expand enterprise accounts through a blend of growth, renewals, and strategic new opportunities • Partner with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies to understand their goals and help them scale Lucid across the enterprise • Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles and craft win-win negotiations that elevate customer success • Create champions at all levels of the organization through consultative selling and thought leadership • Mentor your assigned BDR and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional value • Travel as needed (1–3 weeks per quarter) to strengthen customer relationships in person
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in tech/SaaS (as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role), with a proven record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of SaaS/cloud applications and their business value
- Ability to collaborate across functions and lead cross-team sales efforts
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strength in prospecting, territory planning, and consultative selling

• Build and own the target account list for new-logo acquisition across defined market segments • Run multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) with messaging grounded in real buyer signal • Qualify hard and disqualify early: protect the pipeline, not the activity count • Run discovery and demos alongside product specialists, and carry SMB and mid-market deals through to close • Drive enterprise deals through proposal, pricing, and close, with leadership support • Build repeatable process and feed field learnings back into how we position and sell
Role Description We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. As an AE, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch service to our exhibitors throughout their entire event. This role has responsibilities in both servicing customers, as well as production and requires someone who can efficiently multi-task, organize, be well prepared and always dependable. You will report directly to the SVP. Position can be done remote but does require the ability to travel to various events. Salary is $80-90K. - Building industry relationships that lead to sales referrals and introductions. - Performing regular budgeting, scheduling, and sales projections associated with account assignments to management. - Maintaining an ongoing budget and fiscal account of the costs associated with producing events. - Converting sales leads into lifelong Fern Exposition clients. - Growing a book of business through a disciplined sales effort. - Serving as the client’s primary point of contact following acceptance of an agreement or assignment of an account. - Communicating our product/service offerings and partner network to accurately inform prospects and provide excellent customer service. - Managing multiple accounts with a focus on client relationships for organic growth to establish long standing relationships. - Managing the delivery and quality control of client events. - Identifying potential obstacles and working with senior team to ensure back-up plans and resolutions are in place. - Leading RFP opportunities in assigned accounts. - Maintaining all organizational processes, i.e. pipeline reports. - Responsible for quality control and highest possible output for all deliverables from all departments. - Managing specific project tracking and pipeline reports. Qualifications - 5 or more years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service. - Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industries preferred. - Proven client relationship and service delivery experience. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce preferred). - Presentation experience – excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience juggling multiple priorities at one time required. - Experience in fast paced environment required. • Rating commercial insurance policies, building comprehensive carrier applications, and handling the quoting and requoting process to ensure optimal coverage options. • Completing, updating, and processing standard ACORD forms to prepare highly accurate policy documentation for carrier submissions. • Managing the full lifecycle of policy servicing, including handling endorsements, processing policy updates, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs). • Conducting proactive renewal follow-ups, managing renewal email communication sequences, and executing policy cancellations accurately. • Maintaining immaculate, up-to-date client and policy records inside the agency management platforms and conducting routine CRM and carrier platform audits. • Functioning as a reliable bridge between top U.S. insurance carriers and internal agency team members to ensure smooth policy progression, binding, and issue resolution.
