Role Description We are seeking a highly driven and professional Business Development Manager to support the growth of our dance studio through strong sales, outreach, and client communication. This role is responsible for converting leads, building relationships with schools and organizations, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact to booking. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, communicates exceptionally well, and is focused on driving revenue and growth. - Conduct outreach to schools and community organizations to secure new partnerships and programs - Handle all inbound calls, inquiries, and leads with a strong focus on sales and conversion - Book private lessons, birthday parties, and studio rentals efficiently - Follow up with leads consistently to close sales and maximize bookings - Maintain and grow outreach accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continued business - Manage scheduling, client communication, and accurate system entry for all bookings - Strong sales experience with the ability to confidently close and handle objections - Excellent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication - Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls and client interactions - Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented - Professional, personable, and able to represent the brand at a high level Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
