Senior Infrastructure and Support Analyst

Vetta

• Ensure high availability of network and server infrastructure, manage access and identities with a focus on security, act as advanced support level (L2/L3), and develop small automations to optimize team routines. • Administer and monitor Windows server infrastructure and the corporate network (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi). • Manage accounts, permissions and access via Active Directory and LDAP/ITIM tools. • Provide advanced-level technical support to users, resolving high-complexity issues. • Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and backup/maintenance routines. • Monitor information security at the endpoint and network levels, mitigating vulnerabilities. • Support planning and implementation of cabling and physical/logical infrastructure improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Advanced PC skills: complex hardware and software diagnostics, desktop operating systems (Windows/Linux) and productivity tools.
  • Windows Servers: installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
  • Identity and Access Management: strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LDAP and identity governance tools (such as ITIM / IBM Security Verify Governance or similar).
  • Network Infrastructure: solid knowledge in switch configuration, routing, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), structured cabling and corporate Wireless environments.
  • Cybersecurity: application of security best practices, patch management, firewalls, endpoint protection and basic incident response.
  • Intermediate programming: ability to create automation scripts (PowerShell, Python or Bash) to optimize IT processes.
  • User Support: experience with consultative support, ticket management (SLA) and specialized technical support.
  • Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-900 or similar) are a plus.
  • Networking (CCNA) or security (CompTIA Security+) certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of best-practice frameworks (ITIL / COBIT) is a plus.
