Role Description Join the Ultimate Jet Vacations team as a Quality Control Associate, where your attention to detail and efficient communication skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth vendor payment processes and maintaining high-quality standards for our valued clients. Working in collaboration with both the Reservation and Accounting teams, you will be a key contributor in ensuring that vendor payments are prepared accurately and in adherence to contractual terms. - Reconcile CRM and Accounting System data, meticulously gathering invoices and conducting quality control checks to match statements with in-house funds. - Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective and precise execution of tasks. - Foster effective internal communication with Reservation agents to validate post-booking changes. - Maintain open and productive communication with our trusted suppliers as and when required. - Take ownership of supplier communication, addressing any discrepancies on invoices with confidence and professionalism (after receiving comprehensive training). Qualifications - 2+ years of valuable experience in quality assurance or accounting. - Sound understanding of basic to moderate accounting principles. - Previous experience within the Hospitality and/or Travel industry preferred. - Keen eye for attention to detail & proactive in resolution outreaches. - Full English proficiency both in written and verbal communication. - Exceptional and timely written communication skills, both when collaborating within the internal team and when interacting with external suppliers. - LatAm-based candidates are welcome to apply.
