• Design and deliver analytic and reporting solutions based on business needs • Query and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and similar tools • Build and maintain summary data layers to support reporting and analysis • Identify data gaps and partner with data strategy and business teams to address them • Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and or Tableau • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements • Perform analysis ranging from basic reporting to advanced statistical and predictive models • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear insights for non technical audiences • Create documentation and training materials to support data tools and reporting • Customize analytic solutions based on timelines, data availability, and stakeholder needs • Use creativity to develop insights and present findings clearly through reports and presentations • Communicate results and recommendations using tools like PowerPoint and dashboards
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and solving business problems
- Experience with healthcare claims data (medical or pharmacy) is a plus
- 2+ years of experience developing analytic and reporting approaches
- 2+ years of experience using SQL or similar tools to extract and analyze data
- 1+ year of experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- 1+ year of experience working directly with business partners
- 2+ years of experience explaining technical concepts to non technical audiences (written and verbal)
