Property Manager, Real Estate Admin – Buildium, Appfolio Experience
Assist World
• Manage and maintain property records within Buildium or similar property management platforms. • Monitor rent payments and issue late payment notices to tenants. • Track lease expiration dates and renewal schedules. • Draft, update, and modify lease agreements as required. • Ensure tenant files and property documentation remain organized and up to date. • Respond to tenant inquiries through the property management portal. • Send tenant notices, announcements, and renewal communications. • Maintain professional and timely communication with residents. • Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, vendors, and ownership. • Track work orders and ensure repairs are completed. • Assist with scheduling and follow-up on maintenance activities. • Organize and maintain property files within OneDrive. • Ensure property management software is accurately synchronized with financial and operational records. • Improve and maintain administrative workflows and documentation processes.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Buildium, AppFolio, or similar property management software.
- Understanding of leases, renewals, tenant communications, and property management terminology.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing multiple residential properties.
- Familiarity with maintenance coordination and vendor management.
- Experience supporting real estate investors or property owners.
