Delivery Manager

• Lead the delivery of product roadmaps within cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. • Partner closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to deliver user-focused digital products and experiences. • Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap planning, and ongoing prioritisation activities. • Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to meet the needs of individual teams, products, and business objectives. • Drive predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Monitor and report on roadmap milestones, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers. • Use delivery metrics and team performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Establish and enhance delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices. • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively to minimise delivery impact. • Foster collaboration across engineering, product, business, and stakeholder groups. • Support teams in maintaining focus, removing impediments, and improving overall delivery effectiveness. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar technology-focused delivery role.
  • Proven experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Strong experience delivering digital products and managing complex delivery roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
  • Experience leading sprint planning, roadmap planning, and delivery governance activities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience implementing, improving, and scaling delivery processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • Strong risk management skills, including the ability to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
  • Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt delivery approaches based on team maturity, product requirements, and business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
