• Lead all aspects of our data center development project within an existing shell building • Review and validate scope of work (SOW) documents and pricing from data center vendors • Manage the installation and commissioning of critical MEP systems • Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and construction • Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget while meeting technical specifications • Be physically present on-site at least 80% of the time • Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with Serverfarm Operations to ensure built projects meet operational requirements

• Support Team Leads by aligning assigned work with Project Delivery priorities and team OKRs. • Maintain accurate project tracking across scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Update Asana tasks, milestones, and action items to reflect current status. • Document client decisions, action items, and scope changes to maintain a reliable project record. • Participate in project health audits and help track quality findings for Team Lead review. • Ensure project setup and closeout processes are followed consistently.

• Organize and maintain creative assets across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility. • Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while keeping timelines and priorities aligned. • Perform quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency. • Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication across cross-functional teams. • Manage and stage visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff. • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency. • Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams. • Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard. • Support content production operations and help maintain smooth day-to-day project execution.
