Role Description We are seeking a Test Automation Lead to join our growing U.S.-based team. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation testing strategies and frameworks. - Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation solutions across applications and platforms. - Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation tools and best practices. - Perform manual testing and validation activities for applications that are not yet automated, supporting business priorities during the automation transformation journey. - Collaborate with development, QA, business, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Mentor and guide QA team members on automation standards, frameworks, and testing methodologies. - Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance test automation, maintenance, and quality engineering processes. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation. - Proven experience leading automation testing initiatives in enterprise environments. - Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch. - Experience with automation tools such as Leapwork or comparable automation platforms. - Ability and willingness to perform manual testing activities while automation capabilities are being expanded. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices. - Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered testing and automation tools to improve test design, execution, maintenance, and reporting. - Knowledge of AI-assisted test automation concepts, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, test optimization, and AI-driven quality engineering practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing AI-driven automation strategies within large-scale enterprise environments. - Exposure to Generative AI tools and frameworks for test case creation, automation scripting, defect analysis, and quality insights. - Experience working within cloud and DevOps environments. - Relevant certifications in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or AI-related technologies. The Test Automation Specialist ensures the quality and reliability of testing practices within our enterprise-wide business transformation program. Reporting to the QA Lead, they are responsible for: - Implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to enable repeatable, scalable, and high-quality regression testing. - Supporting increasingly complex testing requirements during the System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. - Driving continuous improvement across QA practices.
