Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in software testing with significant hands-on test automation responsibility. - Proficiency in one or more languages commonly used for automation: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience testing web applications and APIs, including automated regression suites. - Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and modern SDLC practices. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and test execution within CI/CD workflows. - Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear test documentation and defect reports. - Ability to meet federal contracting requirements, including completion of a background check. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Experience supporting federal IT programs or regulated environments (quality controls, audit readiness, traceability). - Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, containerized environments (Docker), and/or infrastructure-as-code concepts. - Exposure to accessibility testing concepts (e.g., Section 508/WCAG) and awareness of application security fundamentals (e.g., OWASP Top 10). - Experience with mortgage, servicing, lending, or financial systems and/or performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6). Benefits - CADRE Convoy Program: A dedicated support system designed to cater to your individual needs and enhance your overall well-being, no matter where you are. - CADRE Connect Program: A series of intentional touchpoints, events, and initiatives that promote open communication and encourage continuous growth and development among team members. - 401k Safe Harbor Plans with matching & immediate vesting - Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans - Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Wellness, & Personal Leave Plans - Continuing Education & Training Budget - Office & Technology Budget - Cell Phone Budget - Wellness & Healthy Living Budget - Awards & Bonuses - Profit Sharing Plans Company Description We’re more than a government contracting company.
