Role Description CADRE is seeking an Automated Tester to design, build, and maintain automated test solutions supporting mission-critical federal programs focused on IT modernization and mortgage technology. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in software testing with significant hands-on test automation responsibility. - Proficiency in one or more languages commonly used for automation: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience testing web applications and APIs, including automated regression suites. - Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and modern SDLC practices. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and test execution within CI/CD workflows. - Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear test documentation and defect reports. - Ability to meet federal contracting requirements, including completion of a background check. Role Description The Test Manager provides program-wide quality assurance leadership, setting testing standards, mentoring testers, and overseeing execution and reporting across development teams.
