Role Description We are seeking a Java / Full Stack Engineer with experience (or strong interest) in mortgage and fintech platforms to build and enhance scalable, secure, and compliant digital lending solutions. This role will focus on developing end-to-end systems that support loan origination, servicing, portfolio management, and financial data workflows. Role Description As a Salesforce Developer you’ll be entrusted to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical objectives for federal government customers. You will collaborate closely with consultants, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant technical solutions while supporting Agile delivery efforts and maintaining a strong focus on quality, security, and operational success. This role will be hands-on with Salesforce object mapping defects, validating Apex callouts and Named Credentials, implementing hotfixes, validating permission set configurations, monitoring Salesforce debug logs, and assisting in production deployments. This role supports both ongoing sustainment and incremental enhancements to an existing enterprise Salesforce implementation, requiring strong judgment, code quality, and the ability to work within established architectural and compliance constraints. - Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and API services. - Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. - Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews, and demos. - Assist with decomposing complex technical capabilities into testable user stories and development tasks. - Support capture of stakeholder feedback and incorporate requirements into product backlogs for future sprint cycles. - Participate in sprint reviews and integration design demonstrations while addressing technical questions and concerns. - Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management activities. - Manage deployment activities across development and government environments as required. - Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts.
