Accounting Intern

• Learns organizational processes and procedures • Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records • Works in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel • Assembles information in a timely and efficient manner • Responds to telephone calls and emails • Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects • Branding updates and tracking (templates, customer contracts and lease document tracking) • AI Quick Wins for accounting workflow implementations and daily task uses for AI • Process working instructions that would include system access, interviews and job shadowing

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 1-year) from an accredited university or college.
  • Project planning skills.
  • Entry-level knowledge and skill within specified area of professional specialty.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Applicants should be competitive, assertive, and self-motivated.
  • Must have the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment is critical.
