Role Description The Senior Data Engineer is a technical-facing role within an Information Services, Analytics, or Engineering organization that leverages business relationships to design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions. As such, the Senior Data Engineer works with: - Business Stakeholders - Data Engineers - Data Managers - Data Scientists - Cloud Engineers They understand business needs and requirements, assess the impacts of those needs, and translate them to data-driven and data-centric enterprise solutions. Additionally, they develop and build the published data layer objects and/or visualizations for consumption by the end user community. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, or 4 years of related experience. - 7 years SQL, Cloud, Visual Studio, ADO, Power BI, Tableau, or other development, reporting or coordination/collaboration tools. - 5 years of related experience in data, analytics, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools and technologies experience with direct Enterprise Production ownership and publishing. Requirements - Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency or certification (if applicable). - 5 years strong organizational, presentation, and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers. - 5 years in-depth experience with developing data and product roadmaps and functional specifications, UAT, customer support, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing. - 5 years experience in the Healthcare Industry; preferably, in relevant Electronic Medical Records (EMR) certifications, where applicable. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather data requirements, and add value through translation into analytical solution • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders • Validate and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across governance systems, reports and analyses • Create and maintain detailed documentation for BI processes, data models, and reporting tools to support knowledge sharing and consistency across the business

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams • Translate financial reporting needs into scalable Power BI solutions • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Train and enable Finance and Accounting users to independently manage reports in Power BI • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Ensure reporting solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business requirements • Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Power BI reporting solutions
