Business Intelligence Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather data requirements, and add value through translation into analytical solution • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders • Validate and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across governance systems, reports and analyses • Create and maintain detailed documentation for BI processes, data models, and reporting tools to support knowledge sharing and consistency across the business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with reporting, analysis, and visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
- Strong business acumen required
- Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, self-motivated, team player
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Highly effective systemic thinking skills
